The anchor for our work is the book The Alumni Way: Building Lifelong Value from Your University Investment (Policy Press, 2021), written by KITE founder Dr Maria Gallo, an award-winning internationally recognized alumni strategist and scholar.

To date, KITE have worked with 70+ universities, organizations and governments across 21 countries and 4 continents.

Our goal is to inspire as many people as possible to harness the power of alumni potential and use it as a force for good in the world!

INSPIRATION

The only way to create meaningful, alumni global citizens is by educating them directly on the benefits of this role for themselves and for their communities.

KITE offers a speaking engagements, workshops, webinars, to recognise, rediscover and reveal the alumni way to alumni, students, alumni relations professionals, corporate and leadership audiences.

Dr Maria Gallo, KITE founder and author of The Alumni Way is an energizing, keynote speaker for conferences, corporate events and alumni session, both in-person and online. Sessions can be 20-minute to 60-minute sessions, on bespoke topics on networking and leveraging alumni networks.

Maria also delivers bespoke training sessions on practical alumni engagement strategies and inspiring alumni-facing professionals on the important value and position of their role in their organization.

The Next Generation Networking workshop (2 hours) and webinar/seminar (45 minutes) is a popular signature sessions for students, recent graduates and alumni. Maria outlines practical strategies and techniques for career exploration, networking and maximizing their university investment.
